Job summary

Dave & Buster's is looking for a friendly Front Desk/Host to welcome guests and guide them through dining, gaming and merchandise experiences. You will be the first smiling face guests see and will help manage game rentals, payments and move guests efficiently to seating.

The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively in English, and can handle multiple guests with a positive attitude. Flexible schedules are offered to accommodate school or other jobs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through front desk, game rentals and dining experiences.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone operations.
• Assist with bussing, table turnover and maintaining front desk/host station cleanliness.
