Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a friendly front desk host to greet Guests, guide them through game rentals, dining and merchandise, and help create a welcoming first impression. You’ll collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.

You should be able to read and communicate in English, stay organized, and handle transactions with accuracy. Prior restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is preferred, but not required for the right attitude and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude as they enter the venue.
• Guide Guests through game rentals, merchandise and dining experiences.
• Process transactions accurately at the Front Desk.
• Maintain clean and organized Front Desk/Host area and stock supplies.
• Support wait staff by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Assist Guests with questions and direct them to Managers when required.
