Job summary

OTO Development invites applications for a Front Desk/Gallery Host at our Orlando property. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a smooth stay for every guest from arrival through departure.

You will operate the hotel's reservation system, process payments securely, and work with the team to deliver outstanding service and a welcoming, guest-centered experience.

Qualifications

• You have previous front desk/receptionist experience
• You possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• You are a proactive team player who loves working with people
• You are a problem solver who finds solutions to ensure guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in check-in and check-out and throughout their stay
• Operate the hotel’s reservation system and other computer programs for a seamless workflow
• Handle all financial transactions (credit cards and cash) securely and accurately
• Anticipate guests’ needs and maximize the guest experience
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a hospitable, customer-focused environment for guests
