Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide outstanding guest service at our property. You will assist guests with check-in/out, operate the reservation system, and handle financial transactions with integrity.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and a dedication to delivering the best guest experience. This position is on-site and reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in check-in and check-out and throughout their stay.
• Operate the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other programs for seamless workflow.
• Handle all financial matters including credit card and cash transactions securely and accurately.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and maximize the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a hospitable, customer-focused environment.
