Legacy Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Host to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth stays from arrival to departure. You will handle check-ins/outs, assist guests, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to maintain a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a guest-first mindset, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain professionalism and attention to detail at all times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, efficient check-in experience.
• Handle check-outs and ensure billing accuracy.
• Manage reservations, room assignments and special requests.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
