The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-focused mindset, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Work flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
