Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests at the front door, seat and page guests, and help create memorable experiences. You will also act as tour guide, communicator, and entertainer while maintaining a clean waiting area and assisting the team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to stay calm in a fast-paced setting, and a neat, well-groomed appearance in line with our standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated organization, attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• The Host is the initial contact with the guests and should start them off with a positive experience at the front door.
• Greet, seat and page guests while providing guidance as a tour guide and entertainer when appropriate.
• Perform opening, closing and side duties including cleaning and upkeep of the waiting area; assist servers, bussers and managers.
