Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a dedicated Server to guide guests through a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will take orders, run food, handle payments and ensure compliance with safety standards.

This role requires strong guest‑service skills, the ability to upsell, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a clean station while delivering high‑energy hospitality that matches the Hard Rock brand.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Follow all food safety & sanitation procedures.
• In some U.S. states, a food safety certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Taking guests’ orders.
• Running food.
• Handling cash & other forms of payment.
• Using a point‑of‑sale system (POS).
• Checking IDs for guests who appear under 30.
• Demonstrating responsible alcohol service.
• Providing product knowledge and upselling when appropriate.
• Maintaining a clean and organized station.
