Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong mathematical skills related to room rates and billing.

Responsibilities

• Check out vacant and clean rooms and update rack status.
• Run alert date reports.
• Review out-of-order and off-market rooms for validity.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest requests.
• Respond to guests checking out via video check-out.
• Provide bell assistance to each guest upon departure and run applicable reports to verify correct room rates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
