Job summary

Hyatt Place South at Lake Lorraine in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking Front Desk Hosts for the 2nd shift. The role involves greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out, making reservations, and assisting with bar service and light food preparation.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong English, basic computer skills, and a friendly demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (speaking, reading and writing)
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting with guest interaction
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and cash handling
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional guest service, problem solving, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Check-in and check-out transactions for guests, utilizing computer and cash handling skills
• Provide service at the bar for espresso & alcoholic beverages, as well as helping prepare food in the kitchen
• Set up and service meetings as needed

The Hyatt Place South at Lake Lorraine Sioux Falls is seeking Front Desk Hosts to welcome and serve our guests. It would be for 2nd shift.
