Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly efficient check in experience
• Handle check outs and ensure billing accuracy
• Manage reservations, room assignments and special requests
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

What You Will Do

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is an active role Candidates must be able to

• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
