Role Responsibilities:

1. Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
2. Maintain high levels of service and hospitality.
3. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
4. Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
5. Handle guest mail and messages with respect and professionalism.
6. Be knowledgeable of hotel brands, programs, and offers.
7. Communicate guest comments and concerns to relevant departments and management.
8. Respond quickly to calls, visitors, and team members needing assistance.
9. Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
