Role Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
  • Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality
  • Promptly addressing guest concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following all cash handling procedures
  • Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
  • Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)
  • Communicating effectively with departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns
  • Responding quickly to calls, visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance
  • Knowing hotel safety and emergency procedures
