Job description

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our energetic and growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, managing customer communication via email, SMS, and phone, processing transactions, resolving inquiries and issues, promoting programs and events, and maintaining the facility. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Communication:
    • Greet clients entering and exiting the facility
    • Answer calls and return voicemails promptly
    • Respond to emails and SMS messages in a timely manner
  2. Processing Transactions and Resolving Inquiries:
    • Accurately process card transactions
    • Resolve transaction and account issues
    • Address in-person inquiries/questions
    • Follow up on action items to ensure completion
  3. Promoting Programs and Events:
    • Use knowledge of the business and marketing skills to promote programs and events
    • Assist with promoting AGS at events if needed
  4. Maintaining the Facility:
    • Keep the front desk area neat and organized
    • Maintain displays of flyers and marketing materials
  5. Additional Duties:
    • Manage inventory and track stock levels accurately
    • Ensure all customer service technology functions properly and report issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in hospitality or communications are a plus
  • Experience in administrative roles, especially in customer service or operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
