Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate to warmly greet members and guests, manage sign-ins, and direct inquiries with professionalism. You will be the first contact, delivering an exceptional hospitality experience and helping guests feel welcome and valued.

Role includes assisting with pro shop sales, maintaining a tidy entrance, and supporting club operations as needed. Candidates should have a strong English communication ability and previous hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and effectively communicate.
• Must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check in members using proper procedures and assist guests with registration.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with front desk operations and keep the entryway neat and organized.
• Support ProShop and club services as needed.
