Job summary

Fitness Connection is hiring for our Front Desk Hospitality team. As a Front Desk teammate you will directly impact the experience of our Club Members and Guests daily with EPIC greetings and professional service.

Your day includes handling member check-ins, guest registrations, phone inquiries, and directing guests to the right staff. You will also promote ProShop items and keep the front desk area neat and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move quickly between work areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members and guests with EPIC greetings and professional check-in procedures.
• Answer phone promptly with proper Fitness Connection verbiage and route inquiries.
• Assist with member registrations and basic account inquiries.
• Direct guests to appropriate staff and act as information hub.
• Promote ProShop products and merchandise; stock and organize retail items.
• Keep front desk area neat, clean and organized; handle opening/closing duties.
• Report incidents in a timely manner and support club team goals.
