Emler Swim & Gym is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Missouri to welcome families, guide lesson enrollments, and support swim instructors. You’ll be the friendly face guiding parents through schedules, registrations, and payments, while staying active and on your feet throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile and making them feel at home.
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized.
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations.
• Learning our swim curriculum to confidently guide families through the process.
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges.
• Working a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Staying active on the job, moving and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment.
