You’ll learn our curriculum, communicate clearly with parents, and maintain an organized front desk. This role offers paid training, flexible evenings and weekend shifts, and opportunities to grow with the team in a fun, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
• Learning our swim curriculum to confidently guide families through the process
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges
• Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• Staying active on the job, on your feet, moving and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
