Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 6 months supervisor or manager experience in high-volume retail/restaurant.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Bi-lingual preferred; excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk personnel and assist General Manager in daily club operations.
• Interview and recruit front desk staff and fitness instructors as needed.
• Monitor inventory and review sales data with GM to improve performance.
• Uphold company standards, lead by example, and ensure a clean, friendly club.
• Develop front desk cleaning duties and cover shifts as needed.
• Mentor front end employees and manage disciplinary actions with leadership.
