Job summary

Eco Properties LLC is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Representative for the Holiday Inn in downtown Chattanooga, TN. You’ll greet guests, check them in and out, answer calls, manage reservations, and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has prior hotel front desk experience, is familiar with Opera PMS, delivers outstanding customer service, and can multitask under pressure. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience required.
• Experience with Opera PMS strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Must have open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Check guests in and out using proper procedures.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
• Make and manage reservations.
• Provide prompt and courteous service, resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
