Job summary

Whiting Field is seeking a Guest Service Representative II (Part-Time w/Benefits) to be the first point of contact for guests at Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and Navy Lodge properties, handling check-in/out, reservations, payments, and guest requests with professionalism.

You will manage lobby appearance, front desk operations, and ensure the safety, privacy, and satisfaction of all guests, including scheduling flexibility for overnight coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• One year general office clerical experience or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk, handling check-in/check-out, reservations and payments.
• Provide information about lodging facilities, amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain lobby appearance and front desk operations, ensuring guest privacy and safety.
