Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation in Belfast, ME is seeking a friendly receptionist for our nursing center. You will be the first point of contact for patients, residents, families and visitors, greeting them warmly and directing inquiries.

Responsibilities include answering calls, routing messages, managing mail, maintaining accurate lists, coordinating supplies, and providing courteous, professional service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and well-being.
• Excellent communication skills expected.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
