Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and different shifts as required.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, cancellations, guest inquiries, and requests.
• Answer phone calls and emails and provide accurate hotel information.
• Process guest payments, maintain billing accuracy, and complete front desk records.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and coordinate solutions with the appropriate team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room status, cleaning priorities, early check-ins, and late check-outs.
• Assist the housekeeping team with operational duties when required.
• Coordinate guest and hotel laundry requirements and assist the laundry team when needed.
• Communicate clearly with all departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, service standards, and management instructions.
• Perform other reasonable operational duties as assigned by hotel management.
