Job summary

Inn at Bellefield, part of Shaner Hotels, seeks a Front Desk/Guest Service Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle payments in accordance with hotel standards. You will generate daily reports and collaborate with Housekeeping to resolve room status discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management and colleagues.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out and cashiering; handle payments per hotel requirements.
• Process all payments according to established policies.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Provide information and services to guests or visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
