Job summary

Highgate Hotels is hiring a Guest Services Agent for the Residence Inn Montgomeryville in North Wales, PA. This full-time, hourly position handles check-in/check-out, guest inquiries and package/mail handling with a focus on courtesy and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and flexibility to work long hours. Experience in hospitality and strong customer service are preferred, with opportunities for growth within a leading real estate and

Qualifications

College course work in related field helpful.
Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Computer experience required.
Customer Services experience preferred.
Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk according to Highgate Hotel standards.
Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and ensure hotel standards are met.
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
Balance and prepare paperwork for closing of shift according to hotel standards.
Assist guests with safe deposit boxes.
