Columbia Hospitality’s Knob Hill Inn Sun Valley is seeking a Bell Attendant to provide professional guest assistance at arrival and departure. You will handle luggage, escort guests, deliver items, and keep lobby and storage areas tidy while supporting front desk operations.

Main responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them to rooms, and sharing information about hotel services and local attractions, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
• Must be reliable, courteous, and able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon arrival and departure with genuine hospitality.
• Assists with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms.
• Provides information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Escorts guests to rooms and explains features as needed.
• Coordinates with Front Desk and Valet teams for smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Responds promptly to guest requests and delivers items such as packages or amenities.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of bell stand, lobby, and storage areas.
