Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas while delivering World Class Guest Service as established by the Isleta Resort and Casino.

The role requires adherence to housekeeping standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues. A High School Diploma or GED and prior Room Attendant experience are preferred, with flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year Room Attendant experience preferred.
• Previous experience at a Four Diamond Resort preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures occupied and vacant guestrooms are cleaned and maintained timely per Housekeeping standards.
• Sanitizes all guest bathrooms with appropriate chemicals.
• Replenishes amenities, linen, and terry items.
• Greets guests and promotes World Class Guest Service.
• Organizes supply closets to keep the department operational.
