Tandem Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Origin Red Rocks in Golden, CO. The role focuses on guest check-in/check-out, PBX operations, mail and message handling, and accurate daily accounting.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with concierge services, ensuring credit policies are followed, and maintaining room yield awareness. A friendly, professional demeanor and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; and 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.
• Operate the Property Management System, capture email, and use the PBX system; balance daily shift bank.
• Regularly stand, walk, and communicate; able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service.
• Pre-assign hotel rooms including VIPs and special requests.
• Check in and out guests confidently and professionally.
• Answer phone calls promptly with complete information.
• Complete all items on the shift checklist; follow credit policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Open, secure, and balance the daily shift bank.
