Job summary

The Crestline Hotels & Resorts property in Denver is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, handle phone calls, and fulfill special requests in line with hotel policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of hotel features, daily operations, guest billing, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar hotel position.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Answer department telephone within 3 rings with proper greeting.
• Process guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Handle guest requests for services or information and communicate to departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours of operation, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Bell Person for luggage and escort as needed.
• Handle overbooked or walked-in guests and manage wake-up calls.
• Process adjustments and guest charges as required.

Education

High School Graduate or GED

One year previous experience in a similar hotel position
