Job summary

Days Inn by Wyndham Princeton, WV is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and provide excellent service throughout their stay.

You will handle reservations, guest requests, and inquiries while maintaining a clean, organized front desk and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Weekend availability and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management software.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
