Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first friendly face for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff. This full-time role supports daily operations with strong administrative and communication skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing front desk tasks, and providing timely clerical support while maintaining confidentiality and a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all who enter the facility.

Responsabilités

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently.
• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and copying.
• Maintain visitor logs and follow facility security procedures.
• Route messages promptly to appropriate departments.
• Support various departments with administrative needs as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
• Help ensure the front reception area remains organized and presentable.
