Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and direct calls appropriately
• Greet and direct visitors to the company

• Coordinate pick-up/delivery of express mail services
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Support clerical tasks such as copying, faxing, filing and collating
• Perform other duties as assigned
