Koelsch Communities is seeking a friendly part-time receptionist for Maple Glen Memory Care. The schedule is 3 days per week, 3 PM–8 PM, with one weekend day or rotating weekends.

The role includes greeting residents and guests, handling phones, and performing various office tasks. Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
• Receptionists greet residents and guests, answer phones, and manage various office functions
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to current and future employees

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as community address and directions
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail; maintains publications
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing & collating
• Other duties as assigned
