Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a friendly receptionist for a part-time role at Delaware Plaza. Day shift is 9AM–6PM, 3–5 days/week including weekends and holidays. Earn between $17.13 and $18.50 per hour, depending on experience.

You will greet residents and guests, answer phones, and handle various office tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding customer service.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls.
• Greets and directs visitors.
• Takes and retrieves messages for personnel.
• Provides information such as community address and directions.
• Handles incoming mail and routes publications.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail.
• Assists with ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Assists with other clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing & collating.
