Job summary

Oak View Group is hiring for a Guest Services Staff member to greet guests, answer questions, log deliveries, and support front desk operations. The role involves assisting visitors, handling payments, and maintaining records in a fast-paced venue environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and strong customer service, communication, and computer skills. Flexible scheduling includes events, nights, weekends, and holidays; part-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous guest services experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including events, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to operate reservation systems, process payments, maintain records, and perform general clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides information about the facility to guests.
• Responds to inquiries regarding services, facilities, programs, and events.
• Deals directly with the public in person and over the phone, giving out general information and gathering facts.
• Operates computerized public information and reservation systems in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, in person, and/or in writing as required.
• Performs a variety of office clerical support activities.
• Keeps supervisor and other appropriate staff informed of problems or other matters.
• Interprets and enforces ice arena rules for customers.
• Collects fees and records in software.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
