Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is hiring for a front desk position at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort. Assist guests with arrival and departure, manage check-in/out, confirm room rates, and provide accurate information on outlets, local attractions, and events along the boardwalk to ensure a welcoming experience.

This role requires a friendly communications style, excellent guest service, cash handling, and the ability to operate a moderately complex computer system.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle requests tactfully.
• Ability to input and retrieve information using a computer system.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle payments and balance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome.
• Input guest information and process check-in/out accurately.
• Provide information on outlets, hours, and local attractions.
• Promote hotel programs and brand offerings.
• Process payments and currency conversions as needed.
• Assist with resolving guest concerns and requests.
• Maintain accuracy and security of guest records.
