Responsabilités

• Act as property liaison, provide guests and residents with information in person and by phone.
• Process payments and deposits accurately.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to keep office efficient.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and communicate inquiries promptly.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve conflicts professionally.
