Responsabilités

• Act as property liaison; provide guests and residents with information, in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to keep the office efficient.
• Partner with the Property Manager and communicate inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts quickly.
