Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to warmly greet guests, manage calls, and provide front-desk support.

You will collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure smooth guest experiences, keep the lobby welcoming, and assist with data entry and scheduling. Schedule is Tue–Thu 11am–7pm and some Saturdays 8am–5pm, with pay starting at $15.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experience, plus an extra $2 per hour on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist/front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Phone Management: Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed.
• Administrative Support: Data entry, filing, and handling correspondence for various departments.
• Guest Service: Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area; offer guests refreshments.
• Coordination: Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
