Responsibilities

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to keep office operations efficient.
• Partner with the Property Manager and communicate regularly to address inquiries promptly.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate to ensure smooth daily front desk operations.
