Job summary

City of Casper is hiring for the Pro Shop front desk to deliver courteous customer service, handle registrations, memberships, passes, and cashiering, and perform basic clerical duties as required.

Openings may require weekend/holiday shifts; you will assist visitors, oversee participant safety, open/close facilities, stock supplies, and maintain a neat, professional cashier area while representing the city with a positive demeanor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of receptionist and customer service principles.
• Cashiering and mathematical calculations.
• Record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attend front desk and provide general information in person, online, or by phone about services, registrations, memberships, passes, fees, and cashiering.
• Oversee participant safety and ensure compliance with policies while assisting visitors.
• Open and close facilities and conduct walkthroughs for participant counts as needed.
• Assist with basic receptionist and clerical work including recordkeeping.
• Prepare and serve food items using standard formulas or directions.
• Stock supplies and maintain neat cashier station and inventory.
• Represent the City of Casper by responding to the public in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
