Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking an Agent - Front Desk to sell and assign rooms, register guests, render bills, and handle cash while delivering unmatched guest services.

You will work a fast-paced casino/hotel environment, coordinating with housekeeping, sales, room service, and marketing to ensure accurate room status and guest satisfaction. Must be 18+, HS diploma, strong English, and able to stand and lift as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of cash handling experience is required.
• Excellent guest service and English communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with LMS and basic PC software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check guest in and out in a fast, efficient, friendly manner.
• Sell and assign rooms; register guests and render bills.
• Handle cash and credit payments; obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain guest relations and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Sales, Room Service, and Marketing on room status and billing.
• Adhere to Wind Creek policies and safety standards; follow PGCB rules.
