Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking an Officer - Security to protect guests, team members, and property, respond to emergencies, and enforce casino policies. You will patrol, investigate incidents, and manage money transfers with the cage and count room while providing excellent customer service and upholding PGCB rules.

Requirements include 18+ years, a high school diploma, valid driver's license, strong English communication, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform
• Executes emergency response and evacuation procedures as directed by Shift Manager - Security
• Monitors and enforces casino policies and procedures and applicable laws
• Oversees money transactions between cage, count room, and casino games
• Patrols assigned areas to deter undesirable activity and ensure guest safety
• Investigates incidents and interviews witnesses; documents initial reports and follow-up
