Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Kiosk Attendant to service and supply coin and cash to casino ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks, following Wind Creek policies and procedures.

You will maintain cash balances, operate a cashier terminal if needed, provide friendly guest service, handle disputes, and help keep units clean and in good working order; requires 18+, HS diploma, English communication.

Qualifications

• One year cashier or cashier cage experience preferred.
• Must have prior money handling experience.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electronic equipment.
• Prior knowledge of gaming devices or related systems preferred.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Physically able to access all areas of the property.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Serve and supply coin and cash to ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks.
• Replenish unit cassettes with cash.
• Attend to customer disputes related to ticketing units and kiosks.
• Fix malfunctions on ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks.
• Circulate on the casino floor to resolve issues with redemption units.
• Balance the TRU vault and cash; operate a cashier terminal if needed.
• Provide superior customer service to guests and coworkers.
• Maintain a professional, neat appearance and follow Wind Creek standards.
