The position requires at least one year in Front Desk operations and a high school education, with emphasis on effective verbal and written communication and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Handle issued bank, count at start and end of shift, report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data following proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist and collect IDs and payment methods.
