Job summary

Ignite Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent (Guest Service) in Richland, WA. The role is the first and last impression of the hotel, delivering outstanding guest service during check-in/check-out and assisting with daily front office operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, processing reservations, and maintaining front desk standards. Evening/weekend availability may be required; prior PMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred (hotel front desk a plus).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage efficient check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling procedures and front office policies.
• Maintain front desk and lobby standards and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Answer phones, manage emails, and respond to inquiries.
• Support loyalty programs and local marketing initiatives.
