Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team in Madison, Wisconsin. The role is part-time, with a starting pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour and increases based on experience.

Open daytime, evening, and weekend availability is preferred, with an August 31, 2026 deadline. You will welcome guests, check in/out, handle requests, and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to guest concerns.
• Basic computer skills and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring smooth service with a friendly attitude.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage daily front desk duties, including payments, room assignments, and resolving guest issues.
