Job summary

TownePlace Suites – Kansas City / Liberty is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative for our Liberty, MO front desk. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in/out, handle requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth service.

This part-time role runs on Friday and Saturday shifts with starting pay $15.00–$16.00 per hour and scheduled wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance.

• Good communication and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills; prior front desk experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest requests and reservations with professionalism.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Sales for smooth operations.
• Manage daily front desk duties and payments.
• Resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
