Job summary

TownePlace Suites – Kansas City / Liberty in Liberty, MO is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative for our Front Desk on a part-time basis. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and support daily operations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, can multitask in a fast-paced hotel setting, and communicates professionally with guests and teammates. Training is provided, and starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with wage increases based on experience.

• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage daily front desk duties, including payments and room assignments.
