Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Brookfield Conference Center is seeking an Evening Hotel Guest Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to guests while handling reservations, check-ins/outs, and inquiries. The role supports a welcoming, efficient experience in a busy hotel setting.

Starting wage is $16.00/hour with potential for higher pay for experienced candidates. 2–3 evenings per week are required, with shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Accurate cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take reservations, check guests in/out with a warm, professional manner.
• Use property management system to manage reservations, payments and guest interactions.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly and creatively.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
